Delete your TelePress account
You can delete your TelePress account (ACTIMI GmbH) at any time.
In the app
Open TelePress, go to Settings and tap "Delete account", then confirm. You are signed out, and your account and your data are permanently deleted within 7 days.
Without the app
Send an e-mail to privacy@actimi.com from the e-mail address of your TelePress account, with the subject "Delete my TelePress account". We delete your account and your data within 7 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Your account and your personal data are deleted. Data that we must keep by law is kept only as long as the law requires, as described in section 9 of our privacy policy: patient data is kept for 5 years after it was submitted and then deleted.
