Presentation of the platform to a professional audience at the DGK Heart Days in Bonn

For the 4th time, we are exhibiting at the DGK Herztagen and presenting our solution for billable telemonitoring in chronic heart failure in accordance with the GBA decision. While the platform is being used in more and more clinics, medical care centers, and practices, we are continuously developing our solution, thus reaching new groups of patients and users.
